About this site

Lighthouses of Australia is a reference website collating publicly available information about lighthouses on the Australian coast. It is not a navigational aid, a tourism service or a booking platform.

Reference-only information

Lighthouses are active navigational infrastructure and many are located in dangerous or remote areas. The information on this site is provided for general reference and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for official navigational publications from the Australian Maritime Safety Authority, state-issued marine charts, or qualified local advice.
